Unsolicited advice over the internet from strangers is, of course, the best kind, so may I gently suggest incorporating a little Pilates into your movement regime? Despite the image of Pilates being all lycra-clad slyphs bending improbably, it's actually perfect for those of us who work at desks a lot but also want to use our joints for the next few decades, and can help retrain movement habits and form.
