As a lifelong St. Louisian older than you by a couple decades at least, I felt the joy in 2006 and 2011 for the Cards, too, but the real resonance I had from your Georgia football discussion was when the Blues won the Stanley Cup three years back. I had waited almost 50 years for that thrill, and it still can give me goosebumps just thinking about it. That thing I always wanted and finally got!
