Newsletter Last Chance: Join The Seventh Annual Will Leitch Newsletter Tournament Pool
Prizes! Glory! Bragging rights! Assigning editor status! Everlasting respect! Maybe a hug!
Hello, all! You have but 24 hours remaining to join the Will Leitch Newsletter NCAA Pool. It is free to enter.
and
To repeat:
If you win the newsletter pool, you become my assigning editor: I will write a newsletter about whatever you request. It can be anything. Six years ago, I wrote about a Serial Killer Baseball team. Four years ago, I wrote about book-to-movie translations. Three years ago, I wrote about the difference between writing fiction and non-fiction. Two years I wrote about mascots. This year I wrote, memorably, about llamas. Whatever you want me to write about, I will write about. All you have to do is win this pool.
There are added bonuses again this year. The winner not only gets to assign me a newsletter, they win signed copies of all six of my books, including the upcoming paperback version of The Time Has Come, and the right to make a minute-long appearance, talking about whatever you want, on any podcast that I co-host of your choosing. We are also doing a Will Leitch Newsletter NCAA Women’s Basketball Pool, which may well have better Final Four TV ratings than the men’s tournament this year. (And probably should.)
So come on in!
and
See you Saturday. And, again, Go Illini, beat Morehead State into the goddamned dirt.
Best,
Will
I promise this will happen if you get a perfect bracket. (This will likely be the least of the rewards coming your way.)
I could use a hug. Also, if I get every pick right, the entire bracket, how about I win free Will Leitch books for life. Whatever you write, I get it for free. And I don't want PDFs. I want hard copies, on actual paper printed with real ink.
