You and your family's travails and triumphs , written of in your inimitable way, bring home to me my own mix of 12 months past experiences, including a sharp decline in physical capabilities, a relocation I did not want, a host of R.I.P.s for peers close to me, balanced, if you will, by a restored parent-child bond out of the blue, a cadre of new friends to cherish in my new facility, and the motivation to soldier through my crippling condition as I know I can. May your 2022 bring the best possible for you, Will, all of yours, and the St. Louis Cardinals!!

Thanks Will,

You have a uncommon ability to get to the most basic and raw emotions felt by men with responsibilities to work and family. Thank you for bringing this to me every Saturday morning. I have shared this with my own son who is in the process of getting married and having a family of his own and it binds us in a way that is hard to understand but overwhelmingly addictive. Please enjoy the Christmas season and keep up your good work.

Tim.

Great letter this week. I think you did a pretty darn good job of encapsulating a lot of emotions from last year AND this year. Have a great holiday and time with you family and may everyone be safe.
