I watched _Nashville_ for the first time a couple of years ago and fell hard for the story style that you're describing. Looking forward to its publication!
The number of pages? Did you sit in a dim, windowless room and throw darts at a target with
numbers on it? Cost of materials plus gravy?
Did one of those mysterious "they" take a walk and ask the custodians "what would YOU pay for this attractive paper weight right now? I always
Imagine publishing houses have the best read custodians! Now, saying paper weight is not a reflection of the interior words, of course, it's a subtle marketing trick to get the A of the Q & A dynamic to shift into defensiveness to get A to price it higher in their mind as a way to "stick it to the man" because, of course, all publishing house custodians love books. So please, do tell: how is the sausage made? Well, actually, how is the word salad tossed?
Pre-ordered. Loved How Lucky and can’t wait!
Thanks! I hope you enjoy this one too!
Dammit I’m a sucker for Q/As. And I went and preordered the book too. Is this how people get lured into joining cults?
This is a very inefficient way, I think, to get people to join a cult. (But thank you!)
Yeah, ok. You convinced me. I pre-ordered your book. 😂❤️
I am sorry to pester so much!

I have no idea! I might be the worst possible person to ask this, all told.
