Hi Will, Here's how old I am: What you write about Word I could write about something called Word Perfect. In fact, I had a brief dalliance in the early 80s with Word Star.
I had a friend who kept Word Perfect for YEARS. If I'd have started with that, I probably would have insisted.
I can't quite to get inbox zero; my goal is always no vertical scroll in the list of emails.
I've found that folders help a TON here.
